Take time to look through the gallery (make sure you are requesting something that is suitable for my art style + within my skillset)

Understand that your commission may be denied if I feel I may be unable to fulfill your expectations

Be sure you have the funds to commission (calculate your own estimate for what you want)

If you plan to use the art Commercially, expect to pay double the base prices

Feel free to negotiate/request different art styles (i.e. if you would like some Twitch emotes or a PNG tuber or something of the like, we can discuss pricing/etc) via Discord DM

Expect to wait up to 2 months for your artwork to be complete once the sketching phase begins (if you require the art sooner, an additional rush fee may be taken)

Commissions will be done in the order accepted: make sure that your order form is accurate and provides everything I need to accept your commission for a smoother process

Please do not include backstories/unneeded flavour text for your characters (simpler is better: highlight the most important features of your character(s) so I know what to bring attention to in the piece)

Original designs (creating the character from scratch with no reference sheet/preexisting design) will cost a significant amount more (must be discussed via DM or e-mail)

Fill out the order form fully with as many references as you find fit

If the commission is accepted, pay HALF in advance - all payments are final

At least two rough sketches will be provided after payment is received for you to choose from

Changes may be requested at this time (I may also request additional refs for specifics I may be struggling with)

A rough compositional/lighting concept of the selected sketch will be provided for the final check for simple changes

Rendering may or may not be done on stream typically on Tuesdays or Wednesdays

One last review for minor tweaks before the second half of the payment

Full sized artwork will be sent as a PNG (if you ordered for commercial use, PSD/Clip file may be provided)

Commissioner must be okay with the art being streamed on Twitch and for the contents to be shared on my socials (the rights to the art that I have created belong to me)

Additional fees will be required if you request that the art not be streamed on Twitch

Be sure it is within your budget - Do the math and make an estimate of how much you are willing to spend on the piece (do NOT wait for my invoice and then back down from commissioning - you must fully commit). NO refunds will given under any circumstances

NON-COMMERCIAL use only - if you are caught selling my work, you will be severely punished - If you require commercial use, prices will be doubled (unless exclusive rights have been purchased, I retain the right to use my art how I please, including commercially <- though unlikely)

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for any cryptocurrency usage or for any NFT's

You (the commissioner) retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP)

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with a credit to me (the artist)

I will only be accepting 1-2 commissions per month at this time, so please be understanding if I am unable to take on your offer

I reserve the right to refuse a commission based on personal preference, regardless of your monetary offer (i.e. mecha, vehicles, buildings, furries, NSFW, etc will likely be turned down) - I do not do Lineart Commissions (whether I use lineart is entirely up to me)

Leave me some artistic license with the character's design and composition of the piece: you are requesting art from me hopefully because you like my art and I have particular preferred methods to make it look the way it does - I will do what I can to preserve likeness and ensure that it is true to your character
